We will always endeavour to resolve your complaint immediately but where this is not possible we will always keep you informed of our progress and will provide you with our final response in writing at the earliest opportunity.
If you have a regulated contract with us and you are not satisfied with our final response, you may be able to refer the matter to the financial ombudsman service.
